Online bookings
When you confirm a booking on the site, it is recorded instantly with a unique code and we email you the voucher. The details you enter must be true: the hotel may contact you to coordinate your arrival.
You can check your booking in "My bookings", with the code and the email address you booked with. To cancel or change it, contact us.
Prices and payment
Prices are not shown on the site: the hotel will let you know the price of your stay, in Chilean pesos (CLP), VAT included. The nightly rate may vary by season. [Review with a lawyer: the booking is confirmed without showing the price.]

Times and cancellation

Rooms and guests
Each room type has a maximum number of guests. Unless you choose a specific room, the hotel assigns the room number of the type booked.
